Responsibilities:

A Marketing & Sales manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans, including:

• researching for new clients and partnerships

• conducting presentations of company products/services 

• carrying out negotiations and concluding contracts

• active participation in the development and implementation of marketing strategies;

• gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports in English;

• Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Requirements:

• At least 7-10 years of experience in sales/international trade.

• Experience in transport logistics.

• Experience in export/import, Incoterms knowledge.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a team and achieve set goals.

• Opportunity for business trips.

• Desire to develop and grow professionally.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English

• Written and spoken communication skills in Mandarin, Russian, Czech or Slovak or Kazakh are preferable.
