Responsibilities:
A Marketing & Sales manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans, including:
Â
researching for new clients and partnerships
conducting presentations of company products/servicesÂ
carrying out negotiations and concluding contracts
active participation in the development and implementation of marketing strategies;
gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports in English;
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Requirements:
At least 7-10 years of experience in sales/international trade.
Experience in transport logistics.
Experience in export/import, Incoterms knowledge.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team and achieve set goals.
Opportunity for business trips.
Desire to develop and grow professionally.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Written and spoken communication skills in Mandarin, Russian, Czech or Slovak or Kazakh are preferable.
